Job Description

Due to our expanding business levels, we are now looking to recruit an Production Office Admin Assistant to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience within a production office, within the waste handling and engineering sector.

The candidate must display excellent customer service skills, have good computer and communication skills and a good telephone manner. We require someone who is capable of liaising with both customers and engineers in regards to works and enquiries.

You will also be able to work well individually but also part of a team to ensure the smooth running of the office and maintain a professional level throughout.

Duties will include; Answering telephone calls and responding to enquires, liaising with engineers. Dealing with customer queries whilst providing clerical and administrative support and communicating well with the office team.

The role is Monday to Friday.

Working hours are 8am – 4.30pm Monday – Thursday and 8am -2.30pm Friday.

The ideal candidate will be proactive and looking to grow with the company in this exciting time for the company.

Experience working in a waste handling / engineering office is advantageous.
