Starting pay is $14 an hour!

Performance incentive bonuses

Weekly hourly attendance bonus that adds $1.00/hr. (Upon 90 days completion)

General production workers can earn up to $15.50 an hour within 6 months!

Screeners can earn up to $17.50 an hour within 6 months!

Positions may require candidates to:
Show up for work daily, attendance is a key to success

Follow safety procedures at all times and promote safety awareness

Follow standard work procedures, the ability to understand and follow work instructions

Install fabricated cloth onto assembled window and door frames

Effectively utilize hand tools, air tools and a tape measure

Ensure high quality of assembled parts and adherence to customer requirements

Promote and maintain a culture of continuous improvement

Must be flexible to work with hours and be able to work overtime when needed

Must be flexible to preform duties as needed day to day
