This position supports the Professional Talent Acquisition team in a fast paced, high volume work environment. This is a high touch customer service focused position.

Scheduling and coordinating interviews

Screening resumes

Process background and reference tests

Administer and monitor candidate assessments

Other projects as assigned


Required Education and Experience:

Associate’s degree or equivalent level of education and experience. Bachelor’s preferred

Excellent computer skills – Microsoft Outlook/Word/Excel

Positive “can-do” attitude

Ability to manage and prioritize a large volume of work

Strong interpersonal skills

Minimum Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift objects weighing up to 20 lbs (Occasionally)

Sitting (Constantly)

Talking on the telephone and in person (Constantly)

Typing on a keyboard (Constantly)

Walking (Frequently)

Work in an open environment with public contact (Frequently)
