Information Package – Project Administrator
Council has an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic Project Administrator to join their Executive Office team on a full-time basis.
The main purpose of this role is to assist in delivering projects funded under Council’s budget or through grant funding, to prepare and complete project funding reports for submission to funding bodies, to seek grant funding opportunities and prepare funding applications for projects approved by Council.
Demonstrated knowledge and experience in Business Administration
Proficient budgetary knowledge
High level of computer literacy – particularly with Microsoft packages
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Extensive organisational and problem-solving capabilities
Class C drivers’ licence
Salary Range: $1,393.60 – $1,616.58 per week depending on qualifications and experience
19-day month flexitime system – 35-hour week
Leave provisions as per the Local Government (State) Award
