About the role:
We’re looking to recruit an experienced Project Manager within International and High Value Lab. The Lab ensures that customers to continue to transact cross-border Payments in a safe and efficient manner. Also managing the migration to the Next Generation Payments Engine whilst ensuring LBG maintains Regulatory and Scheme Compliance.

You will manage, plan and control the delivery of complex technical solutions within high profile Lab initiatives. You will be responsible for interfacing into major Programmes. You will also be responsible for the management of lab and Partner finances. To succeed, you’ll need to have past experience in project delivery within large Programmes, managing stakeholders and ideally supported by a relevant qualification (APM or similar).

Here’s where you’ll make a difference:
You’ll be responsible for delivering the Lab components of major programmes, producing and owning all project management deliverables, using relevant Agile methodologies.

Levering new functionality within the Next Generation Payments Engine

Responsibilities may also include ownership of key project activities such as Risk and Issue management or change management.

You’ll have exposure to project stakeholders and involved in developing an appropriate communication plan

You will input into regular status reporting highlighting successes and issues to key stakeholders

What we need from you:
Experience of delivering complex Technical solutions

Desire to develop a career within Project Management

Interest in but not necessarily experience in Cross-Border Payments

Ability to learn and develop in the role

Experience of new ways of working and finding ways to incorporate agile practices into the delivery of predominantly Waterfall projects
