We Offer

An interesting role as ‘Project Manager / Process Design Execution Lead’in one of the top priority strategic programs of the bank, driven out in the Digital Transformation and Products Lab (DTPL) organization based in Zurich

You are part of our delivery teams to ensure the success of program work with a number of business partners from both compliance and front office to drive the end-to-end design of the future client lifecycle activities pertaining to bring Compliance tasks to a holistic client level for Front Office users

Contribute to one or several streams in the overall program of the Global Client Lifecycle Program with a wide variety of activities

Actively identify opportunities to improve existing processes with a focus on control improvements, efficiency and effectiveness

Work with digitalization project teams to make sure target models are being implemented into Credit Suisse’s IT infrastructure

Support bridging the gap between target design and execution teams through preparation of required documentation

Preparing and running workshops and meetings with SMEs and documenting outcomes

Tracking of actions items and preparation of meetings within the program governance

You Offer

A higher education or university degree or equivalent education in business administration or technology- / science-related fields

A minimum of 3 years of banking or consulting experience with some exposure to or interest in project management

Professional experience in process design, requirement engineering and project management

Proficient verbal and written communication skills in English are required

You show a high level of flexibility and possess strong analytic skills as well as the ability to learn

Good communication and presentation skills
