Candidate Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Exceptional phone etiquette and attention to detail

Ideal candidate will report to our Listings Manager and deal directly with clients and company resources/professionals

Good time management and organization skills and be a team player as sometime other duties may be requested of him or him, depending on the work volumes and other department volumes

Our Junior Administrative Clerk is one of the faces of our organization, and therefore should have good people and communication skills in order to best work with our clients

Assume responsibility for booking photo shoots for clients – by contacting client and managing photographer diaries

Maintain listing and photography reports for the department

Undertake basic email and administrative tasks

Coordinate communication between various departments and streamline management of tasks and processes

Answer incoming calls and assume other receptionist duties when needed

Ad hoc day-to-day admin

Qualifications and Experience:
Higher learning diploma or equivalency favorable

Previous experience with administrative duties in the property industry would be advantageous

Detail oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment

Strong phone etiquette

Strong sense of responsibility and ability to complete tasks with minimal supervision

Impeccable written and oral communication skills and ability to work under pressure
