Receptionist Job at EFG International – in Zürich, ZH
Welcome guests in a professional manner, offering coffee as well as other refreshment, provide general support to visitors
Keep records and prepare monthly reports
Cooperation with other internal unit as General Service and support Teller Unit.
Answering incoming phone calls and redirect them to the responsible person
Ensure that the facilities are kept clean and remedy any issues together with service providers
Support members of the management during the Board meeting or for specific request
Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
Taking care of the Company’s image of the reception desk, conference rooms, common spaces
Maintain supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; placing order for supplies, process invoices, keeping track of budget spent monthly.
Skills and experience
Successfully completed commercial education
Fluency in English and German (written and verbal), any other languages would be a plus
Around 3-5 years of working experience as Receptionist and/or Administrative Assistant
Excellent time management skill ,ability to multitask and prioritize request from various sources, work under pressure
Attention to detail and problem solving skills
Good understanding of the Microsoft Office package and proficient in the use of IT tools for data entry and statistics.
Communicative, trustworthly presence, politeness
Ability to work in a team and listening skills
