Job Responsibilities

We are looking for a goal-oriented team player to be a positive presence in the office, understand the needs of the team and strive to make the Remerge community happy. As Receptionist, you are the first point of contact for our employees and suppliers. As an integral part of our office management team, you contribute to the smooth running of our day-to-day business tasks in a friendly and courteous manner.

You are the first point of contact for questions from our customers, service providers and your colleagues.

You actively supervise the reception and coordinate our incoming and outgoing mail (including packages) during our normal working hours (10:00 – 18:00).

You make sure that our reception area is always inviting and take care of the supply of our social spaces with daily fresh fruit, soft drinks and snacks.

You take full ownership of smaller projects in office management and assist team members.

You take an active role in organising and running internal team events (e.g., Happy Hours, Birthday parties etc.)

You are working with various tools and ticketing systems to ensure timely delivery on projects.

You have gained relevant previous experience in a similar role.

You are a warm, empathetic nature and you’re service oriented.

You are a quick learner, self-driven, and have a hands-on mentality.

Your proactive working style as well as your strong organizational skills help you keep everything under control in a fast-paced work environment.

You are a bit of a perfectionist with a keen eye for detail.

You have strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize.

You have excellent communication skills in English and working knowledge of German (B2).
