Administrative Receptionist
Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple phone lines.
  • Schedule patient appointments.
  • Obtain & verify patient insurance.
  • Get all charts & patient insurance paperwork ready for the following day.
  • Be able to answer basic optical related questions and help with contact lens orders.
  • Invoice management.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • At least 1-2 years in healthcare administrative work.
  • Knowledge of medical billing & coding would be ideal but not required.
  • Experience in optical setting would be ideal but not required.
  • Extreme attention to detail.
  • Highly organized.
  • Excellent communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $13.00 – $19.00 per hour
