Job Description

We’re Looking for a Receptionist/ Book keeper to help in our busy Garage, who is experienced with dealing with retail customers, answering and making calls to customers in a professional manner. Previous experience in retail necessary.

Book keeping tasks are, but not limited to

Customer Invoicing

Day to day reconciliation of invoices.

Posting daily invoices on quick books.

Till balancing.

Credit card payment reconciliation

Are all part of the daily tasks

Quick books experience preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Salary: £15,000.00-£20,000.00 per year

  • Bookkeeping: 2 years (Preferred)
  • accounting: 1 year (Preferred)
  • QuickBooks: 1 year (Preferred)
