Connect with each candidate and help them navigate the journey to join the company, ensuring exceptional hiring experience for each of them.

Gain broad exposure across all parts of the company and work with leaders in every function.

Make our hiring processes more effective and efficient by partnering with the recruiters to update our ways of working.

Enjoying connecting with many different types of people.

You have:
Excellent relationship building and communication skills. Collaboration is key to all that we do and knowing this, you seek out and build relationships with people across the business and the globe.

Great organization and follow-up skills. The ability to juggle multiple candidates and tasks and quickly tie up loose ends. Keep candidates updated on their progress and next steps, and be extremely responsive.

Problem solving talents. You anticipate potential problems and create plans proactively. You also have the ability to remain flexible in the face of urgent challenges.
