Registration/Booking Clerk – Diagnostic Imaging Job at St. Joseph’s Health Centre in Toronto, ON

Job Description


Qualifications include:
Secondary School Diploma or equivalent.

1 year recent relevant clerical experience required. Recent experience in booking Ultrasound and CT appointments preferred.

Experience with Meditech registration and Carestream preferred.

Experience navigating software applications required (screen access, information search and data entry).

Accurate typing of 40 w.p.m.

Excellent phone manner and customer service skills

Demonstrated ability to multi-task simultaneous demands.

Working knowledge of and familiarity with registration and booking procedures preferred.

Excellent organizational, interpersonal, communication (written and verbal), analytical, attention to detail, problem solving skills and able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Must be able to work independently and in a team environment.

Satisfactory attendance record.
