Repairs Administrator Job at D and L Contract Services Ltd – in Cricklewood

Job Description

D&L Contract services have a fantastic opportunity for an Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis. The main responsibility of an Administrator is to provide comprehensive scheduling and administrative duties to the contracts working to provide an excellent customer service to the residents and clients. To receive calls from residents, diagnose repairs, make appointments and schedule daily workloads for operatives. Hours: 7.45am – 5.00pm , Monday – Friday.

Primary duties: Receiving responsive maintenance calls from residents, understanding and diagnosing repair requests from residents, Making appointments on our works order management system, Booking in daily and weekly work schedules, Constantly viewing and scheduling works orders, Managing the work diaries of all operatives, Immediate allocation of all emergency works to relevant operatives, Planning of all non-emergency work via the calendar, Liaise with contract managers to prioritise work-loads to trades and schedule efficiently to drive productivity, move jobs to completion status, Manage jobs that potentially could go overdue and plan orders to be completed within target time, Review and authorise job completion moving job to completion status.

Salary: £22,100.00 per year
