This role is fully responsible for planning and leading a series of Market / Category engagements within the deployment of the Repeatable Growth Model within the Americas.
Plan and independently lead a series of Market / Category engagements within the deployment of the Repeatable Growth Model within the Americas (e.g., US Oral Health or Canada C&F):
- Work with LOC GM, Regional CBIA lead, Regional RGM lead, global and local teams to scope the project, manage data collection (with Regional CBIA lead), conduct leadership interviews to develop initial hypotheses and identify team members for workshops and individual workstreams.
- Manage Repeatable Growth Model Workflow Leads to drive the RGM process across Sources of Growth / Where to Play, Meaningful & Distinctive Brands, Category Driving Range & Innovation, Expert & Advocate
Recommended and Out Execute: Visible & Accessible.
Understand how consumers buy, identify sources of growth and align on ‘Where to Play’ priorities.
Perform high level ‘How to Win’ gap assessment and shortlist priority levers accordingly.
Deep-dive on priority levers and design winning model for each lever
Consolidate brand growth plan, including priority initiatives and estimated financial upside.
- Planning and facilitating key RGM Workshops.
- Provide hands-on support and challenge the local market teams in the design of the RGM – content, process and cultural change levels.
- Proactively identify any roadblocks during markets’ repeatable growth plan design or delivery phase and involve right local & regional stakeholders to help unlock.
- Establish with LOC lead and team action plans to deliver brand growth, aligned KPIs for tracking and an established operating rhythm to assess progress on both.
We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:
10+ years of commercial P&L, Marketing and/or Project Leadership.
If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:
Bachelor’s Degree – Marketing, Finance, International Business.
MBA degree – Marketing, Finance, International Business.
Prior experience in management or internal consulting.
Experience in regional or global roles with management of a portfolio of brand or countries.
Experience in influencing global functions, including GMS.
Leadership capabilities to influence a group through managing change.
Demonstrated record in achieving results through others and developing team capabilities.
Leadership, analytical, data-driven with the ability to influence and drive results.
