Retail Sales Assistant

We are looking for young dynamic & enthusiastic sales persons preferably with technical acumen, a passion for customer service excellence is key.

As a sales consultant, you will be responsible for phone, tablet, computer, and accessory sales. Booking in of repairs, trade in’s and upgrades, handling payments, stock taking, administration, and general retail store duties. Product and systems training will be provided. The suitable candidate will be results-driven with a focus on enhancing customer satisfaction. Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards.

Requirements:

• Proven retail sales experience.
• Basic understanding of sales principles and customer services practices.
• Proficiency in communication verbal and written.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fully bilingual English & Afrikaans
• Friendly, helpful, confident & engaging.
• Should be of smart appearance and articulate.
• Able to start within two weeks.
• Live in the Blouberg area close to Sunningdale – Table Bay Mall

Job Types: Full-time, Temp to perm

Salary: R6,500.00 – R8,500.00 per month
