Job Description

UAA. Run daily checks on the MJDI system. Checking for failed reports and act on those accordingly. Liaising with SPOC and the LPOC team to maintain connectivity for MJDI. Change passwords, creation and deletion of accounts and users where necessary. Use Oracle for the running of reports. Work closely with the RQMS with the day to day running of MJDI.



QM’s Clerk. The QM’s Clerk role is very much working as part of a very busy “QM’s Team”. Clerical support in the day to day running of the whole department. Manage various Registers pertaining to the QM’s Dept and produce returns that maybe required. Take and produce Minutes from G4 meetings. Monthly cross check the Daily Issue sheets with issue vouchers. Running the Archive System. Assisting with Stock Checks. Taking deliveries of parcels and large objects on pallets. Work with the outlying Squadrons with their needs and requirements. Initiate the backloading of freight to various agencies.

Responsibilities

MJDI Unit Application Administrator (UAA).

Primary minute taker for all G4/EC meeting and responsible for distributing the minutes.

Stationery, ordering, procurement and distribution (Contract, Procurment & Finiance – CP&F).

Civilian staff representative and supervisor.

Filing and archiving in accordance with current regulations (JSP 886).

Maintaining the IT Spread Sheet.

The ordering of publications via the MILLIE system.

Cleaning Contract monitor and representative for RWxY with current contractor (ELIOR).

Responsible for the UECD amendments and the AinU Regimental Register.

Responsible for booking contractors onto the site.

Other duties as directed by the Quartermaster.

Assisting with the Stores SKZ personnel.

Attend meetings as directed by the QM.

Must be willing to attend training events or courses.
