ARKET is a new brand within the H&M group and will be a modern-day market, offering essential products for men, women, children and the home. Stores will also include a café in most locations. the role

ARKET believes that the Sales Advisor role is all about customer service and providing our customers with an experience they won’t forget! You work actively to increase sales and contribute in creating the best possible customer experience for everyone visiting the store. You make sure we meet our customers’ expectations at all times while always supporting your team in the store. Your main responsibilities are:

To always put our customer first and give excellent customer service on size, fit, materials, garment care and styling options at the cash point, in the fitting rooms and on the floor

Keep updated on products, materials, sales activities and the story of our products to add something extra to the customer experience

As a person, you have a positive attitude and you communicate with warmth and you dare to be personal and genuine. You always have our customer top of mind and ensure a high level of customer service by being available, attentive and responsive to the customer need.

You are efficient, team oriented and you have the will to drive sales in the store and take ownership of the stores profitability. We value strong multitasking capabilities and an outgoing personality
