The successful Sales and Marketing Rep will work in collaboration with the Public Relations/Marketing Director to build relationships with community partners, ensure referral source needs are met and impeccable communication is maintained, promote and represent Wright Physical Therapy in community events, and support an extraordinary patient experience.

Primary responsibilities of the Sales and Marketing Rep include, but are not limited, to:

Create New Patient targets weekly to expand the number of referring physicians who are sending to our organization.
Monitor overall new patient and referring physician satisfaction through surveying referring Doctors and attending patients.
Evaluate the data to ensure that the referring physician database is expanding in comparison to the central file.
Successfully plan, calendar, attend and promote our company at community events
Promote the organization to the general public through: all forms of media advertisements, speaking engagements, PR charity events, television and radio.
Promote the organization to healthcare professionals through: in-office visits, in-services, provider lunches, Q&A sessions, business networking, and educational seminars.
Ensure that the targeted amount of physician drop-off visits is met every week.
Maintain and monitor the marketing budget while maximizing return on investment for all external marketing purchases.
Encourage our patients to get behind our practice and endorse our activities with their friends, family members, and referring physician.
Ensure the front desk is managing an effective fax out marketing campaign weekly and internal referral program.


Impeccable written and verbal communication skills
Knowledge of public relations strategies and protocols
Proven track record of measurable success in field
Willingness to stay on top of the latest marketing trends and development
Ability to travel as needed in the Magic Valley, from Burley to Wendell
Must possess valid driver’s license
Must be authorized to work in the United States


Previous experience as an outside Sales and Marketing Rep
Bachelor’s Degree in a Marketing, Communications, or related field or equivalent experience
