Overview:
The Global Sales Performance & Planning team manages the compensation incentives framework, analysis, and calculation for the commercial sales and services staff for PerkinElmer. The team supports all processes related to incentive compensation plans, territory planning, quota setting, and sales program incentive funds (SPIFFs).
Working under minimal supervision of the Manager, Global Sales Performance & Planning, the Compensation Incentive Specialist manages the sales compensation process for the EMEA region, from setting annual targets, through to administering the sales incentive calculations & payments. This role will provide support across the GSPP team activities, with involvement in all tasks managed within the team. The Compensation Incentive Specialist will communicate regularly with key stakeholders, manage queries from the commercial teams and facilitate training when required.
Business Knowledge
Experience of Sales Incentive Compensation processes including quota setting, plan setting and performance & payment calculations
Familiarity with Sales Performance Management tools such as Anaplan
Working experience of stakeholder management for trouble-shooting, query management and reporting

BS Finance or related area
