Bill Ragan Roofing Company of Nashville, TN is seeking an outgoing, energetic, and clean-cut full-time Sales Representative to join our team and help determine our client’s roofing needs, make appropriate recommendations and accurately close orders. We pay 7% commission. Your earning potential is up to you but will be better than $100K in commissions – even in your first year! As a highly effective Sales Representative, you enjoy meeting new people each day and arrive for your appointments promptly and put together. Meeting with our customers, you aim to personally connect with them and build a strong rapport. After listening to any concerns they may have, you are sure to properly and accurately inspect their roofs. You use your knowledge and expertise to offer them the best solutions for their needs. You are dedicated to educating your clients to ensure they feel they are making the best decision for their individual needs, and don’t feel pressured into making a deal.
Though you love interacting with people, you are also organized and goal-oriented. To stay at the top of your game, you soak up everything you can from staff trainings and meetings like a sponge. Seeing your efforts pay off in your paycheck gives you a great sense of accomplishment. You also feel good about making our customers feel comfortable about their roofing decisions while driving our revenue so that we can keep doing what we do!
Relevant selling experience
Willingness and desire to learn and attend online classes and receive coaching by Sandler sales professionals
Strong communication skills
