As a Sales Support team member, you will work closely with the Business Development team to support our customer’s sales journey. Your responsibilities will be to update and maintain our HubSpot, manage administrative needs, and handle any other tasks related to the sales process. You will help the Business Development team coordinate with different clients/internal stakeholders, scale current operations, & report on revenue. The sales support role will serve as an instrumental part of Boldr’s sales process.

Sales Support

Help qualify leads and set meetings for prospective clients

Help log and track information accordingly in HubSpot to make sure deals are up to date

Help document and create templates for outreach

Reach out to leads from the inbound channel

Take notes and help follow-up on action items from discovery calls with potential partners.

Optimize Hubspot automations/workflows

Monitor sales performance through sales tracking tools and report progress to the team

Identify and keep up with sales trends within our industry

Work with Business Development to create and implement targeted sales strategies

Identity where improvement is needed in sales practices and make suggestions for improvements

Internal Coordination & Reporting Tasks

Generate reports from CRM to inform our broader organization & leadership team

Help submit requests to facilitate the sales process

Work with internal stakeholders to create a seamless handover process from Business Development

External Communications

Be familiar with the client’s needs and be able to get them the appropriate information.

Demonstrate mastery of the company and Client’s offerings (i.e., its product and services)

Understand, investigate, and solve complex client requests, particularly when multiple departments or teams are involved.

Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and value, discussing directly with the Business Development team.

A Bachelor’s/College degree or relevant experience in a discipline you’re passionate about

Experience in outsourcing or professional services

Experience in B2B sales

Experience using HubSpot or a similar CRM

Have 1-3 years of relevant sales experience

A proven track record of career advancement

Intermediate knowledge of cloud-based applications (Google Drive, Google Sheets, Google Docs) and MS Office applications

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

The ability to understand and communicate complex ideas to customers

The ability to interpret sales metrics and perform data entry

The aptitude to quickly learn and navigate new technology, systems, processes, and applications

Ability to accept feedback gracefully and with an open mind

A Customer-focused mentality and ability to adapt/respond to client’s with diverse backgrounds
