Under general supervision, the Security Officer promotes and maintains a safe and secure environment for residents, visitors, team members and community. Provides general security in the buildings and surrounding areas of the community according to the established standards and within the assigned areas of responsibility. As a representative and team member of the company, this position is expected to present oneself in a manner that reflects professionalism and ensures resident satisfaction.
This is a Full Time Benefitted position scheduled Monday through Friday mid shift – 3pm to 11pm.
Pay range is $16.50 to $21.49 Depending on Experience
High school diploma or equivalent.
Prior security guard experience preferred.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations–
Guard card preferred.
