We currently have 73 stores on 22 markets and offer online selling on 32 markets through Stories.com and external partners. And we are growing!

Job Description

We are looking for a driven SEM Specialist to join our team of digital marketers at our Stockholm Ateliér. You will be a key player in taking &Other Stories customer acquisition strategy to the next level and make the SEM channel an important and integrated part of our omni retail strategy.

You will be reporting to the Head of Digital Marketing and working in a team of digital marketing specialists.

You encourage and contribute to the shared responsibility of creating and protecting an inclusive and welcoming workplace where everyone is allowed to self-identify.

The SEM specialist is the main channel owner with full responsibility of the global search engine marketing strategy. Your main task is to further accelerate the growth in customers and sales for both online and physical stores in Europe and US.

You will be responsible for setting and following up on the SEM strategy and optimize growth and performance to increase selling from both our online and physical stores.

You will be the main contact towards our external SEM agency and brief, steer and follow up on their operational work.

Drive work towards internal content teams with goal to optimize copy, landing pages and customer behavior for search engine marketing campaigns.

You will work within one of &Other Stories most expansive areas, which also requires a willingness to contribute to building new processes, set new way of workings and proactively share key insights and findings on how the channel and Google products in general can contribute to the overall business goals.

You will align internally with our assortment and sales teams ahead of a season, and brief our external agency on the upcoming collections, products and new assortment. Act in season based on selling, consumer insights and changed search behaviour.

Budget responsibility. Budget optimization towards set business goals. Follow up and build customized reports, analyse and present results and findings, with the help from our marketing analyst and agency’s analysts.

Strive to learn and evolve within the latest technologies, tactics and platforms. Drive technical requirements needed towards IT teams.

Support and align with SEO team on strategy, search data and keyword analysis.

Work cross-functionally with all teams (PR, Digital Marketing, Store & Ecom sales & merchandising teams, Creative teams) and Local Markets in order to align the search marketing with our overall activity calendar.

Since this is a new position, you will have the freedom to develop your area and the role and be given the opportunity to argue for your strategies and methods towards business leaders and important stakeholders within the brand.


3+ years of hands-on experience of working with SEM and performance marketing campaigns at an agency or similar role at a brand and managing ad accounts in Google and Bing.

Experience from working with retail brand is a plus.

Has in-depth knowledge and experience working with all Google Products and other search engine marketing platforms.

A collaborative mindset with ambition to evolve not only yourself, but a team and colleagues as well. You love to educate and share insights about your area of expertise.

Experience working in an international environment.

You love and master customer & performance analysis, have excellent analytical skills and are basically born and raised in Google Analytics and similar analytical tools.

Result oriented, thriving in a high paced environment.

Is driven, positive, flexible and comfortable switching between strategic work and hands-on execution.

A crush on fashion is a plus.

Fluent in English, other languages is a plus.
