Job Description:

  • Be fully responsible for the business development in Germany within an international used-car ecommerce business
  • Be a driving factor for the full integration of buying, selling, financing and upsell operations
  • Analyze, seek and build partnerships with strategic partners in different segments
  • Initiate and coordinate all of the activities leading to the launch of various local projects within the automotive segment
  • Identify strategic market segments for used cars in different regions while developing new business opportunities to define and meet customer needs
  • Understand and advise the leadership on the market dynamics, changes, growth and other market-driven factors
  • Work closely with various cross-functional teams and top management to ensure timely completion of business development tasks


  • At least 5+ year experience in managing business development efforts within automotive sector in Germany
  • At least 4+ year experience in project management, including coordination of various teams, definition of roadmaps and management of tasks
  • Fluency in English and native German speaker
  • Hands-on approach and “can do” mindset is absolutely essential for this job
  • Creativity, out-of-the-box thinking and the ability to create a long-term vision and a roadmap
