About the team

We are on a mission to make buying a home magical, including selling, financing, closing, and moving in. The Bundling team works across Zillow Group to combine our services into a unified experience and offering that customers love and that maximize our business outcomes. We create bundles, set incentives, drive adoption, and enable seamless same-day execution of these transactions for our customers.

About the role

We are looking for an experienced product leader to lead business strategy and execution for Bundling Adoption. Your goal will be to help transform Zillow from primarily a browsing destination to a full service experience customers rave about after their move. This involves working cross functionally with product, marketing, operations, finance, engineering, design, sales, and our Premier Agent, Zillow Offers, Home Loans, and Closing Services businesses. You will lead a team in setting strategic direction, developing roadmaps, and creating alignment. As a Senior Director of Product Management, you will:

Lead and develop a team of hardworking product and program managers.

Drive cross-company business planning and analysis for unifying Zillow’s offerings, including many functions and departments.

Define bundle composition and incentives, develop customer value propositions and awareness plans

Develop digital and sales roadmaps to drive customer conversion

Create transparency across the company into plans and progress, including to Chief Officers.

Develop and support a culture of innovation to constantly test new ideas.

Employees may live in any of the 50 US States, with limited exceptions. In certain cases, an employee in a remote-designated job may need to live in a specific region or time zone to support customers or clients as part of their role.

Who you are

Passion for customer success.

Outstanding strategic and analytical abilities, including financial acumen.

Track record of making change happen through teamwork.

Experience successfully running a complex business or program, ideally with P&L ownership

Strong sense of ownership, with the ability to think big and move fast.

10+ years of experience in some combination of strategy, product or program management

4+ years of experience leading teams. A passion for mentoring and growing the potential of others.

Bachelor’s degree and MBA preferred, management consulting experience a plus.

In additional to a competitive base salary this position is also eligible for equity awards based on factors such as experience, performance and location.
