The Multi-dwelling Unit (MDU) Sales team is being expanded to support the significant service footprint expansion and upgrades. The chosen candidate will be responsible for leading and providing support to a variety of team members from the MDU team inclusive of all sales activities, territory management and ensuring we expand our service offering into new markets.
As the Senior Manager for Field Sales, you will be accountable for the daily performance of your immediate team and responsible to contribute to the overall success of the department. With a focus on delivering high levels of revenue, customer satisfaction, and operational performance, you will oversee a blend of Area Managers, Vendor Field Sales Managers and Reps to deliver sales programs and drive new sales strategies in the MDU segment.
The primary focus is on developing and maintaining lasting relationships with property management companies that is conducive to the ongoing sales of Bell products and services to customers within multi-dwelling units. Utilizes advanced knowledge of products and services as well as sales process experience to maximize sales and effectively work assigned region. And to ensure your team’s success, you’ll monitor performance metrics on a daily basis and provide coaching as needed.
Driving sales productivity and market share growth throughout assigned region
Effective coaching support for a team of Area Managers, Vendor Field Sales Managers and frontline Sales Representatives
Develop and implement sales plans by leveraging directed lead strategies to ensure all sales activations, quality and revenue targets for Bell Residential Services are met or exceeded
Close partnership with Bell Authorized Agent, OSL management to promote Bell with our key stakeholders – Property Management companies, Condo Boards, Superintendents and decision makers
Develop a sales culture focused on delivering world class sales performance through disciplined territory coverage and new customer acquisition
Liaise with Regional partners to support sales results in the Field Sales channel by means of effectively deploying defined sales programs and identifying best practices and process improvements
Strategically partners with Brown Field and Green Field Partnership teams to increase MDU RGU penetration numbers and customer satisfaction.
Ascertain that regional sales teams are fully knowledgeable on BRSB product offerings, brand messages, and current offers/promotions. Validate all reporting of sales and other metrics, as directed, on an ongoing basis
Role-modeling best-in-class sales behavior at all times, ensure the Sales Team represents Bell with pride and professionalism in the MDU community (ethical selling, uniforms, product knowledge, current collateral, etc.)
Manage and participate in different in-field sales activities (i.e. door to door activity and sales events)
Develop, implement and monitor the coaching and career-pathing of employees, ensuring employee development and high retention rates
