We want people that can help us deliver the best possible homes and support to young people and adults across the Southwest and West Midlands.

Your focus will be to guide our teams to help young people and adults with the challenges they face, so that they are prepared for their future and can move on with a greater level of independence.

As part of your role you will work alongside our existing Senior Managers to co-ordinate services across counties such as Gloucestershire, South Gloucestershire, Bristol, Wiltshire, Herefordshire, Worcestershire and Dorset. You can be based in any area as there will be elements of homeworking (if preferred), but there will be a requirement to travel at times to our existing sites or when developing new projects.

You will assist our Director with the oversight of the Accommodation Based Support Department. You will have the responsibility of ensuring that CCP are delivering high quality services and homes that people can call theirs.

You will deliver and grow CCP’s services by building networks and relationships and by having commercial/sector awareness. You will help CCP, communities and residents to thrive and generate legacy. As an ambassador of CCP you will help the Charity to build on our local offers. We are a provider of choice, and you will help us to strengthen our position within communities.

You will work in collaboration championing Consultation and Engagement. Working in partnership with our residents, their families, external agencies including; Local Authority housing and homelessness teams, Health Services, Childrens and Families services and our Commissioners.

There will be tailored, specific training that will help you advance through a training pathway and progress during your career at CCP. We promote Health, Wellbeing, Diversity, and inclusion in all our services and our staff, you will help us to achieve this.

You will be both a role model and leader to the wider teams. You will implement ideas and strategies to contribute to a continuous push for highest standards for our residents, the service, and the Charity.
