Senior Marketing Manager QuickBooks Commerce GTM Job at Intuit in San Francisco, California 94101



5+ years of marketing, brand management, or business strategy experience, including bringing new offerings to market, and driving revenue & customer growth. Experience managing or working with many channels is a plus.
Strong prioritization skills and strategic decision making, including narrowing from a range of opportunities to determine the highest impact near-term and long-term levers.
Experience leading the end-to-end merchandising strategy, including defining value propositions, consumer messaging, business models, customer segmentation and pricing.
Demonstrated track record where he/she has operated independently and efficiently to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously, and to manage milestones and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Clear track record of being accountable for making smart and fast decisions, partnering cross-functionally, delighting customers and driving dramatic growth through successful marketing strategies and execution
Strong research capability with experience using design thinking and scientific methodologies, lean testing experience is mandatory.
Strong qualitative and quantitative research and testing experience. Must be comfortable designing, implementing and fielding both one-on-one interviews and large quantitative studies.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with clear examples of using data actively for customer insights, measurement, ROI analysis and recommendations.
Strong track record of leadership and influencing skills in a cross-functional, fast-moving environment.
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
BA/BS required, MBA strongly preferred.

How you will lead

Develop, manage, and deliver on the 1-year subscriber and revenue plans
Develop compelling and engaging messaging and value propositions to drive the creation of channel content, sales tools, customer and partner communications in service of driving customer acquisition and revenue
Execute, measure, and refine go-to-market strategies including messaging, training, sales enablement, and product/feature launches
Effectively use segmentation and targeting to optimize messaging for the right channel, target and business goal (acquisition, cross-sell, attach, retention)
Work cross-functionally to deliver and integrated GTM launch, including marketing plans, campaign messaging, and sales readiness
Rapidly develop learning and test plans to successfully drive business results and recommendations for product positioning and pricing
Partner with Product Management and Design to create seamless customer experiences
Help drive the strategic planning, implementation, tracking, and reporting of product launches and go-to-market programs and activities
Gather and analyze competitive intelligence to support decision making and strategic direction about GTM and product strategy
