G1 Therapeutics is currently recruiting a Senior Product Manager, HCP Marketing to join our team in RTP, NC reporting to Senior Brand Director. The Senior Product Manager of HCP Marketing will be a key member of the trilaciclib brand team and contribute to the development of strategy and tactics focused on Oncologists and other HCP stakeholders. This person will work closely with the Senior Brand Director and cross-functional partners to make strategic choices based on data and insights, define and build the trilaciclib brand, and drive adoption through innovation and flawless execution.
Lead development of multiple promotional tactics focused on Oncologists and other HCP stakeholders
Responsible for leading the development and execution of an integrated multi-channel marketing plan across digital and non-digital channels
Identify and deploy innovative tactics to reach and engage targeted HCPs and Consumers within their preferred channels
Find impactful ways to ensure seamless integration of promotion across channels to drive engagement and ensure a positive customer experience
Work with agencies and other 3rd parties to design and implement marketing automation capabilities leveraging physician level data where possible
Contribute to the development of core message platform and brand creative in partnership with brand team leadership
Work closely with brand team colleagues and Market Research & Analytics to ensure messages are deployed optimally and continue to be refined based on insights and key metrics
Contribute to the HCP tactical plan and budget working with the brand team and agency partners
Effectively engage with AOR and other agencies to ensure partners are inspired to effectively drive brand performance and efficiently leverage resources
Analyzes appropriate metrics to assess the launch readiness and eventual launch performance

Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of related pharmaceutical industry experience including 2+ years of experience in marketing or market analytics. MBA highly desirable
Proven track record of success in marketing and related commercial disciplines
Oncology and/or Analytics experience highly desirable
Experience with multi-channel marketing highly desirable
Demonstrated understanding of full marketing process (insight, strategy, execution, measurement)
Demonstrated ability to be a high-level contributor and leader of multiple projects and processes
Strong ability to converse with professionals about disease states/product categories that are targeted
Demonstrated ability to work effectively in cross functional teams
Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required
Willing to travel (up to 30%).
