About the role

Zillow Group’s Home Loans Group is still in very early stages, so come seize this rare opportunity and apply your technical and product expertise in a brand-new arena and help fuel its growth. You will be joining a passionate team of PM’s and engineers who are revolutionizing the mortgage industry. We believe in autonomy and moving fast, so self-motivation and the energy to blaze trails is a must-have for this role. In this role you can expect to:
Define product strategy and roadmap to drive cost effective lead volumes and enable our Sales team to provide a phenomenal customer experience
Lead product development from concept to design, specification, implementation, and analysis
Work closely with our engineering teams as you build and iterate on the product
Define hypotheses, conduct A/B tests, usability tests, and various experiments across web and mobile apps
Isolate knowledge gaps and close them with quantitative and qualitative research. Turn that data into impactful product plans

Partner to our Sales and Infrastructure teams to enable a great customer experience while ensuring our internally built platforms are seamlessly integrated with Telephony and CRM vendor platforms
Comfort with mortgage Marketing and Sales teams workflows
Experienced with translating customer feedback and strategic product goals into a detailed execution plan
Excited by data, measuring success in product changes, estimating impact, and making a real difference in the world
Organized and ensure that the teams you work with feel confident, informed, and efficient. You actively identify issues and remove hurdles to keep the team on track
Excellent communicator, able to share, drive, and collaborate on a vision across multiple teams
