About the role
We are seeking a Sr. Product Manager who is passionate about building delightful end-to-end experiences for our agent partners and internal teams. As a Sr. Product Manager for Premier Agent, you’ll work closely with engineering, operations, sales and partner success teams to define a roadmap that delivers on business critical product initiatives. Success in this role means breaking down complex problems into specific steps and driving internal alignment throughout our matrixed organization. You will utilize both qualitative and quantitative research to rapidly test, measure and iterate on new product and feature ideas to increase value and reduce risk. Successful candidates will operate at both the strategic and tactical levels, diving deep where needed to engage technical and non-technical teams.
In this role, you will:
Define the roadmap informed by company objectives and growth strategies, partner and customer insight, industry dynamics, and the technology landscape, in partnership with product and business leadership.
Partner effectively with user research, design and engineering to drive feature delivery for Premier Agent products, balancing customer needs with business priorities and ensuring high reliability.
Be the go to voice for your product area and a vocal evangelist for Premier Agent initiatives across Zillow as you partner across the organization to deliver a cohesive experience.
Use product metrics to inform business decisions, uncover product opportunities and evaluate success. Partner with data science and analytics teams to run quantitative experiments and analysis to test hypotheses and iteratively develop product capabilities.
Collaborate with product marketing and senior management to ensure effective communication and messaging of product enhancements to drive adoption and engagement.
This role has been categorized as a Remote position. “Remote” employees do not have a permanent corporate office workplace and, instead, work from a physical location of their choice which must be identified to the Company. Employees may live in any of the 50 US States, with limited exceptions. In certain cases, an employee in a remote-designated job may need to live in a specific region or time zone to support customers or clients as part of their role.
Who you are
5+ years of end-to-end product management experience
A highly analytical person who uses data to determine product strategy, roadmap and trade-offs in product development.
Technical interest and ability to evaluate the technological strengths and weakness of product solutions
An effective leader and communicator who can influence and inspire internal and external partners
You have keen strategic vision, the leadership to deliver it, and the strong ability to influence without direct authority
Strong written and oral communication and team management skills, the ability to simplify complex topics, and comfort presenting at all levels of the organization, from exec on down
Familiarity with agile methodologies
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, engineering
