The Role

We’re looking for an individual to take on our Candidate Care/Onboarding who has transferrable business skills from roles at other area companies and branches, but now wants to have their voice heard in a career where they can make an impact. If that sounds good then this is the role for you, even if you’ve never thought of working in Recruiting! We can put your skills to use.

This position is essential in helping our clients, some of the world’s most exciting brands, attract and retain top talent. It’s based out of our incredible downtown Cleveland office, which has earned the North Coast 99 Award for being one of the best workplaces in the area every year since we opened our doors.

Skills & Experience

In-turn, responsibilities may include, but are not limited to the following:

Engage in candidate care activities such as managing, resolving or troubleshooting all post-offer screening, onboarding, new hire integration issues and other helpdesk-type queries

Ensure hiring manager and candidate satisfaction by keeping all parties apprised of onboarding process, statuses and timelines

Initiate and monitor candidate background checks and fingerprinting through to completion

End-to-end management of onboarding tasks in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)

Develop an understanding of support strategies for various situations and roles

Develop an awareness of the client’s business and their recruitment needs
