Your role – challenging and future-oriented

Reporting to Head of Talent Acquisition (TA) and Employer Branding (EB) Manager you’ll be responsible for End to End recruiting process – from need to offer – and execution of TA strategy. You will contribute in a team environment where a new generation of TA best practices, methods, resources and tools are embraced as well as taking part in relevant business-related projects.

Your role will be to guarantee a recruiting consultative approach towards business units in Italy, in line with our Diversity Equity & Inclusion targets:

Understanding recruiting needs and job requirements, and advise on most appropriate actions

Setting the recruitment marketing and sourcing strategy using a powerful set of tools and technologies

Proactive sourcing and head hunting in house to find the best candidates, creating a talent pipeline pools, assessment and selection of candidates

Acting as a change agent in the organization for inclusion and long-term sustainable company’s goals

Continuously monitoring the external environment and taking an ‘outside in’ perspective to stay market competitive and develop a strong employee proposition in the external marketplace

Driving and executing projects to improve recruiting processes

Supporting the delivery plan concerning EB activities in strategic universities and schools and on target social media, for candidate pipeline

Guaranteeing the best inclusive candidate experience and induction program for selected candidates

Your profile

Demonstrable experience in recruiting and/or headhunting in complex organizations in the italian industrial sector

Proven market knowledge of engineering and IT labour market

Headhunting capabilities and approach, with excellent experience in Linkedin; experience with high volume recruitment

Proven experience using STAR and behavioral interview methodologies

Solid experience in use of recruiting tools; Avature ATS knowledge will be considered a plus

Excellent experience in recruitment marketing and sourcing strategies as well as social media and sourcing tools

Digital and growth mindset: passion for new technology, tech-savvy, desire to know and test new digital approach, excellent MS-Office skills

Strong result orientation to fulfill People & Organization and Business priorities

Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills

Excellent Italian is a must, proficient English skill is required

Independent way of working, open-mindness and good interpersonal skills, analytical and conceptual skills

Be a role model for openness and inclusiveness as a non-negotiable cultural element
