Deliver business value to the client
Maximize long-term project value to CTG
Recognize opportunities to reuse deliverables from previous efforts such as business/project goals, problems/opportunities, critical success factors, existing technology, information needs, processes, procedures, and business rules
Serve as Lead Consultant directing the work of other project team members
Development of workflows, decision points, triggers, etc. that are in play behind the scenes in ServiceNow.
Perform other responsibilities as assigned
Identify goals and objectives of client ServiceNow initiatives
Collect, collate, analyze, interpret and disseminate information among business and technical interests
Conduct interviews, facilitate sessions, and review documentation to gather information
Extract key business findings
Format findings into succinct presentations
Document the course of events, interactions, and data inputs and outputs
Summarize customer interview information into flow diagrams where appropriate
Consolidate the working papers from multiple principal consultants into a unified document
Revise customer presentation materials given tight deadlines
Model/document technical requirements (i.e., what the system must do and what processes are needed to support it)
Create tests to confirm the delivered systems and processes meet the documented needs; ensure testing is completed prior to delivery
Develop work plans and estimates for business analysis efforts; ensure team delivery to project timeliness and scope
Perform other duties as assigned to fulfill responsibilities
Over three years’ experience in ServiceNow Consulting, business analysis with consistent growth in responsibility
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent client-facing skills
Ability to use templates and any methodology, including related business modeling deliverables and techniques
Ability to understand coding systems like HTML5, XML, C++, SOAP, REST and other API programs.
Ability to understand databases and basic functionality as all of service now data leverages backend databases as well as how this would impacts all reporting/dashboard capabilities.
Understanding of how IT departments are run, with process based frameworks like ITIL.
Experience in a variety modules especially ITSM and ITBM. ITOM as a bonus.
Good history of project management or project experience.
Ability to use existing models for the business area
Ability to use modeling tools such as Visio, Optimal Trace
IIBA or equivalent certification (can substitute five years experience and significant progress toward certification)
Expert in the use of templates and any methodology, including related business modeling deliverables and techniques
Competent knowledge of area of specialization (e.g., financial services)
Ability to supervise efforts of a team
Demonstrated proficiency in using current modeling tools.

Computer Task Group, Incorporated (commonly referred to as CTG) is an American multinational company headquartered in Buffalo, New York, that provides information technology staffing and solutions. CTG was founded in 1966 by Randolph A. Marks and G. David Baer, two former employees of IBM, in Buffalo, New York. It was then called Marks-Baer Inc. (MBI). MBIs initial market was the medical industry, since both founders had experience in that area. By 1968, staff had grown to 20 and Marks-Baer Inc. changed its name to Computer Task Group Inc. (CTG). The company went public in 1969. In 1975, CTG decided to become a national company. CTG accelerated growth through acquisitions beginning in 1980 and within 5 years, acquired 15 companies. In 1986, the company made its first international acquisition, Shubrook International, Ltd., a software consulting firm based in Chertsey, England.
