Role Function and Group
EMEA Supply Chain

The successful candidate will join the EMEA operational logistics team. He will be responsible for scheduling sales orders and transfer orders under Infineum France affiliate responsibility and coordinating the day by day operational activities within France Supply Chain team. The candidate will interface with diverse functions within Infineum and various third-party service providers.

Key Output

  • Coordinate day to day operational activities and order scheduling with the production units, Customer Service and third-party service providers, focusing on safe operations, customer performance, as well as extra costs impact
  • Enforce compliance with agreed standard operating procedures
  • Provide SAP R3 transactional support for third party / SUMF sites
  • Handle freight payables and accessorial charges for deliveries ex assigned sites
  • Handle order exceptions at assigned sites
  • Manage inventory level against defined targets, ensuring inventory alignment between Infineum and third-party systems
  • Contribute to third party performance management reviews, capturing supplier incidents in SAP module and monitoring performance KPIs to boost the continuous performance improvement
  • Assist the site logistics leader with non-conformance investigation
  • Resolve ad hoc operational issues / troubleshooting activities
  • Handle customer complaints according to IQP 5.5.1
  • Assist the site logistics leader with SMOG identification and reduction

Any other Operational Logistics related tasks assigned

Desired Attributes

  • Technical diploma or equivalent
  • Experience/knowledge of logistics, operations or supply chain management are preferred
