Job Description

Minimum qualifications:
Experience in advertising, sales, marketing, consulting, or media.

Experience working with YouTube or other digital marketing products.

Ability to speak and write in English and Spanish fluently.


Preferred qualifications:
Relevant experience in creating online marketing and advertising strategies for brand and performance focused clients.

Highly analytical and data driven with project management experience.

Working experience with Google’s performance advertising solutions.

Knowledge of Google’s Display and Video solutions and universal products.

As the online advertising industry becomes more complex, with a large number of products, a higher level of expertise in the Sales team is needed to provide excellent service to our customers and help them achieve their business objectives.

In this role, you will become the trusted advisor both for the customer and Google industry managers and account managers and work with them on how to best utilize video solutions to drive reach and performance. You’ll develop your skills by staying on top of the latest training and material, and interacting with global experts on an ongoing basis.

You’ll be an expert on video solutions, tools, and frameworks with particular focus on action. You’ll drive business growth, and work closely with Spanish and Portuguese Large Customer Sales teams to help customers embrace the audiovisual shift.

Our Large Customer Sales teams partner closely with many of the world’s biggest advertisers and agencies to develop digital solutions that build businesses and brands. We enjoy a bird’s eye view on the massive transformation occurring as advertising shifts to mobile and online platforms. We’re uniquely situated to help shape how companies grow their businesses in the digital age. We advise clients on Google’s broad range of products across search, video and mobile to help them connect instantly and seamlessly with their audiences.

Responsibilities

Partner with Account Managers to grow and promote video business with new and current clients.

Plan strategically and track to implement YouTube’s plan.

Collaborate with Display Video specialists to design and execute the Display Video action strategy.

Drive YouTube best practices adoption to ensure optimal return on investment for Display Video action customers.

Lead the Large Customer Sales Display Video action community, enhancing Display Video action for YouTube solutions and sharing best practices.
