Performs an accomplished level of duties in the analysis, evaluation and implementation in one or more areas of compensation including compensation services, compensation administration, incentive systems and international compensation. Analysis involves interpretation of trends, strategies and the culture of the corporation.

Bachelor’s degree/equivalent. Finance, Mathematics or related quantitative discipline degree preferred. MBA preferred. Professional accreditation (CCP, GRP, SHRM, etc.) Preferred. Four (4) years related experience in compensation, financial analysis, statistical analysis or other quantitative related experience required. Knowledge of federal laws and general human resources policies and procedures related to compensation preferred. Proficiency in various computer applications required. Excellent analytical, statistical, human relations and communication skills required.
