The Sr. HR Manager has Global responsibility to support leaders in theCommercial Excellence – supporting $6.5B business and Customer Experiencefunctions (over 2000 employees worldwide) within SPS. Based in Charlotte, andreporting to the Functional Sr. HR Director, this role will have primaryresponsibility to support Tier 3 and Tier 4 leaders, including E-Bands withinthe commercial, customer experience, finance, and engineering functions.

Key responsibilities include:

Align HR strategy to drive STRAP and achieve commercial goals
Drive talent strategy within the functional organization to develop bench strength, including assessing talent across GBEs and working with leaders to identify opportunities to address gaps and facilitate growth opportunities for top talent
Support commercial leaders in breaking down strategy and driving accountability of sales deployment
Proactively support HR transformation through partnering with One Country, HR Centers of Excellence and the HR Services organization to successfully transform the HR service delivery model while enhancing effectiveness and reducing cost.
Handles competing priorities skillfully and is proactive with strong communication skills, using data to resolve issues.
Provide solid staffing support to ensure right and fast staffing
Support leaders to drive robust performance management in their teams
Other duties as assigned


Bachelor’s Degree
Minimum 5 years experience required in Human Resources Generalist or HR Center of Excellence (COE) role


Advanced degree in HR related discipline or MBA preferred
Demonstrated success supporting corporate functional (sales, marketing and general management) leaders and organizations
Proven track record of implementing HR practices and solutions which drive business revenue and income growth
Demonstrated breadth of experience and knowledge of contemporary HR
Customer focused and able to establish and sustain effective relationships
Demonstrated ability to conceptualize complex business changes and structures, and the ability to plan and implement the resulting organizational changes
Well-developed ability to communicate and partner with clients, peers and partners at all levels of the organization
Demonstrated ability to work right and fast with strong bias for action and demonstrated ability to drive assignments to closure within stated schedule
