The Role:
Are you an experienced customer service professional? Reporting to the Stores Supervisor, you will be a vital team member providing clothing stores advice and assistance to military personnel, as well as keeping the stores functioning with stock replenishment and management. This is a fulltime permanent role.

Your responsibilities will include:
Receipt and delivery of goods.

Organising and controlling the day to day workflow – receiving, scanning, sorting and placing incoming goods on shelves.

Answering customer queries regarding stock location and progress.

Over the counter customer service.

Assisting with regular stock takes and cleaning of work site.

Operating computer system to obtain details of stock quantity and location.

8am-4pm Monday to Friday.

Skills and Experience:
Suitable experience in a retail/stores environment.

A “hands on” proactive and customer focussed attitude.

Experience with a pallet jack would be desirable, though not essential.

You must be an Australian citizen and able to maintain a Department of Defence Security Clearance to Apply
