1 x post is available immediately on a fixed term basis until 30th May 2022.

Summary of the role
We have an exciting opportunity for a full-time Student Records Administrator to join the Student Records Team. All applicants should have the ability to be able to work from home (with a stable wifi connection) and on campus as required.
The Education and Student Support (ESS) Directorate provides all of the key administration and education support activities that underpin the student experience from Fresher’s week to Graduation. This role is within the Student Records team which provides core and critical administrative and clerical support for all student records. The post-holder will be responsible for maintaining and updating student records, assisting in data quality improvements and process enhancements, as well as offering great customer service to students, staff and other customers.
The role requires a flexible individual with strong communication, organisational and IT skills with significant administrative experience in Higher Education and has excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage a diverse work load.
You will have experience of large databases to provide administrative support, aiding the smooth running of the Student Records team, undertaking a variety of duties associated with the range of services provided. You will have experience of working collaboratively and proactively in a busy team to deliver multiple objectives and high service standards.
