1st Shift, Tuesday – Saturday, 10:00am – 7:00pm
As the Supervisor, Customer Care, will handle a team of Specialists, Customer Care who ensure routes and deliveries are schedule appropriately for a specific account. What You’ll Do On a Typical Day
Support and develop an effective and high-performance team
Maintain daily and weekly statistics for individual direct reports
Handle department results
Troubleshoots operational problems
Complete team reports as required
Identify and handle escalated problems and provide guidance to direct reports for resolution
Serve as point of escalation for transactions requiring advance expertise or discernment in order to resolve complex customer issues and ensure timely follow up and customer satisfaction.
At a Minimum, You’ll Need
What you need to succeed at XPO:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related work or military experience
3 years’ experience in a supervisory call center role in the logistics or transportation industry
Experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel), and other business-related applications
It’d Be Great If You Also Have
At least 4+ years in a Call Center or Route Monitoring/Dispatch environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to exercise appropriate judgment, especially with upward communication regarding department or employee concerns
