About the Role
This is an exciting time for the Newpin service and we are looking for a person who can fulfil the role of Support Officer within our program. You will have a can do attitude and the ability to multi task as no two days will be the same, you will support multiple locations
This role is responsible for:
Front line customer service for all enquiries, appointments and referrals for the service with the Service Manager
Provide quality customer service to all stakeholders with the ability to effectively engage and empower service seekers through both phone and face to face interactions
Keep client areas tidy and stocked at all times
Work across multiple sites to ensure administration tasks are completed
Organise customer bookings, review diaries, book rooms and schedule appointments including communication of customer cancellations and changes in bookings
Transport parents to and from the Newpin Centre.
You will have demonstrated experience in the following areas:
Hold or be willing to undertake a Certificate III in Business or Business Administration or equivalent experience
Previous experience in an administration role
Ability to lead and help maintain a culture of motivated, high performing team members
Demonstrated knowledge and experience on culturally appropriate engagement with Aboriginal communities
Previous customer service experience
