We have a great opportunity for a proactive and enthusiastic candidate to join the Dexus People and Culture team as a Team Assistant reporting to the Head of P&C, for a 12 month Fixed Term Contract.
In this role you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Head of P&C and other Senior Leaders within the wider P&C team. This will include coordination, executing ad hoc administration and other tasks to ensure the smooth-running day-to-day running of the business unit.
The People and Culture Team Assistant will be responsible for complex diary management, travel and accommodation bookings, coordinating and collating Board papers, event planning, AMEX reconciliation, the drafting of correspondence, reports, documents, memoranda, minutes, agendas and ultimately produce high quality presentations for the team.
We are looking for a proactive, driven, empathetiorganised and diligent individual with demonstrated experience in a Team and/or Executive Assistant role ideally within a Human Resources or other fast-paced corporate environment(s). The ideal candidate will have experience managing multiple diaries at any one time and show agility and adaptability to changing needs and requirements. To be successful in this role, you will have p rior experience with Board papers, presentations and/or reporting, partnered with strong Microsoft Office/ Word/ PowerPoint skills. You will be a forward thinker with an inquisitive mind, a great problem solver as well as a great communicator. Finally, you will have a real knack for building relationships, outstanding time management skills, and enjoy senior stakeholder engagement.
