About the Role:
We have an exciting opportunity for a talented and enthusiastic individual in a key role providing effective, efficient and confidential administrative and project assistance to Senior Managers, Deputy Chief Officers and their respective teams.
You will be responsible for the provision of high-quality administrative support, including word processing and document presentation – professionally prioritising pending work and coordinating meetings; preparing agendas and reports and organising venues, catering and minute taking and other documentation associated with meetings. You will administer management diaries as well as overseeing specific review and feedback processes to track issues and project performance against deadlines and priorities. Further, detailed responsibilities will include:
- Forward planning of work activities to ensure deadlines are met.• Assisting project work by formulation of systems to gather appropriate data/information, and collating and analysing information.• Preparation of briefing materials as required.• Preparation and production of material for presentations and/or reports to support projects and determining and designing appropriate methods of presentation.
To succeed in this key role, you will demonstrate an extensive knowledge of administrative procedures and possess highly developed interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills including the ability to liaise with people at all levels. You will have demonstrated ability to contribute to a team environment and, importantly, proven ability at an intermediate or advanced level, in the use of personal computers and software applications – incl. MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access)This is an excellent opportunity to further your career within our close-knit and professional team.
