At PwC:s Assurance practise, it’s all about the people! Grab this challenging opportunity to become a Team Leader. As a Team Leader you will lead one of our audit groups consisting of approx 10 team members. Furthermore, you will be a coach for all of these employees. Your main responsibilities include, in consultations with Unit Leader and other Team Leaders within Assurance, but are not limited to:

Coach and develop team members.

Responsible for salary setting and annual salary review.

Staffing and recruitment.

Anchoring information.

Work environment responsibility and workforce planning.

Follow the Assurance Business Plan

This position on an average is estimated to be about 20-30% of full-time employment on a yearly basis.

Preferred skills

An academic degree in Business and Economics, preferably within Accounting/Auditing.

A minimum of 4,5 years experience of working as an Auditor and preferable an authorized auditor.

Interest in Leadership and a desire for continuous improvement.

Master Swedish and English both in speech and writing.
