Are you: A Band 3 Therapy Assistant? Innovative and enthusiastic? Looking for a fresh challenge? If so, the Richmond Response & Rehabilitation Team (RRRT) needs you to help its work pioneering the Government’s agenda of integrated care.



We are looking for a dynamic, ambitious person to become an integral part of a team that provides a range of flexible, seven-day services through three core functions: Hospital discharge and early supported discharge Rapid response and crisis intervention Community rehabilitation support This is a great opportunity to enhance your clinical skills in rehabilitation, and your ability to manage your own caseload and case co-ordination. There will be opportunities to supervise junior staff and access internal and external training. The RRRT, at the heart of integrated health and social care in Richmond, is committed to delivering a high-quality, effective, person-focused service. Our new service builds on the best aspects of the borough’s re-ablement and community intermediate care services.

It offers a clear care pathway for hospital discharge and/or the opportunity to receive rehabilitation services. We are a strong, multi-disciplinary team. We are friendly, supportive and motivated to keep improving to drive our service forward.
