Trainee Administration Assistant, Newcastle Job at GHD in Newcastle NSW
The successful applicant will be responsible for providing introductory level administration support throughout the office.
Key responsibilities will include:
- The set-up of meeting and training rooms
- Maintenance of kitchen facilities, including cleaning of equipment
- Ordering of kitchen supplies
- Ordering stationery supplies and maintaining print rooms
- Binding and preparation of documents
- Basic word processing
- Reception relief
- Ad hoc support duties as required in a professional office environment

To be considered for this position you will need to be self-motivated, enthusiastic and a dedicated team player with a strong “can do” attitude. With a professional demeanour you will have a good eye for detail and an ability to prioritise your workload.
