Transport Coordinator – Full Time Job in Rochedale QLD at Amart Furniture –

Based at our Store Support Centre Rochedale, this role reports into our National Transport Manager.

Key responsibilities:
Daily Routing of deliveries.

Managing safety across CoR and driver incidents.

Relationship management across drivers and business owners.

Supporting customer focused initiatives to improve the last mile delivery service.

Abilities to solve operational transport issues day to day.

Stakeholder management across Amart DC, Stores, Quality and Customers.

Continuous improvement to drive customer/operational efficiencies.

Monitor Transport commercials.

About you:
Experience in utilising an ERP/ routing system.

Providing exceptional customer service and support for all Amart customers.

Support the logistics function in managing transport operational tasks.

Executing and influencing KPI such as DOT, VOC, Customer Service KPI’s and Safety.

Experienced in utilising Microsoft products such as Excel.

Can do positive attitude.
