Treasury Analyst – Cash Management Job at Anglo American in London
Join us as Treasury Analyst to play your part in managing Front Office cash management activities for the Group.

As our Treasury Analyst you will provide liquidity, foreign exchange, interest rate and credit risk management services to various business units.
Strong front office cash management experience
Execute financial market dealing for the Group while ensuring Treasury policy guidelines are adhered to
Experience managing day to day treasury front office to treasury back office relationship, ensuring robust, efficient and controlled end-to-end processes
Negotiate supporting documentation in relation to Treasury activities (e.g. ISDA, cash pooling arrangements)
Monitor the liquidity requirements of Business Units, manage existing bank loan facilities. Collate and prepare concise reports for use by the Treasury Group and other Treasury stakeholders (e.g, cash flow forecast)
Proactive individual who can work autonomously and think on their feet to deal with complex financial situations
This role is in Group Treasury and is at a Band 6 Level reporting to the Treasury Manager
Governance and Compliance
Project Management and Execution
Macroeconomics: understanding of key market drivers
Foreign Exchange and Interest Rate derivatives
Presentation and memo writing skills
Treasury Systems understanding (Bloomberg, Sunguard, Quantum)
Preferred candidate would have a professional qualification or studying towards one e.g ACA, ACCA, CIMA, ACT
